ADC in partnership with DermCo Pty Ltd, we’re proud to mark the start of works by our appointed builder Georgiou following this week’s official sod turn and smoking ceremony for our Claremont Specialist Medical Centre development.
Anchored by DermCo’s upcoming Dermatology Institute of WA, the centre will include a private urgent care clinic, medical specialist suits, pharmacy, and pathology collection centre – creating a world class health hub in the heart of Claremont.
Set to open in mid-2027, the facility has been designed to operate 100% carbon neutral, with a new public plaza connecting directly to the Claremont Good Shed.
