May marks the official topping out at Price Street, a huge milestone for the team in completing the structure of the building.
To commemorate the occasion, the ADC Team, West to West, and our consultant team came together on the rooftop for a traditional topping out ceremony, placing a tree atop the building to recognise the people behind its delivery and the progress made.
And for the first time, the penthouse outlooks can be truly experienced. Expansive views across Subiaco Common, stretching out over one of Perth’s most established and tightly held neighbourhoods.
From here the project moves into full internal fitout, while the brick facade continues to rise – bringing warmth, texture, and identity to the building as Price Street takes its final shape.
