Lyric on Eighth will become a proud local landmark, revitalising a treasured historic building in the heart of the Maylands retail and dining precinct, bolstering the area’s vibrant and growing destination appeal. Operated as a Lyric Theatre in the 1920s, the revitalisation will celebrate the site’s former heritage and cultural identity and integrate thoughtfully into Maylands’ urban fabric.

ADC’s project team includes sought-after Perth-bred architects, Klopper and Davis Architects – a visionary design practice with specialty in adaptive reuse and heritage character integration for modern, contemporary lifestyle destinations.

Lyric on Eighth will feature:

• A seven-storey mixed-use development
• A mix of five ground floor tenancies, curated in line with Maylands’ destination appeal
• 49 contemporary apartments, communal rooftop space with elevated views, spacious green piazza
• Timeless architectural response inspired by historic art deco character.
